This set of terms and conditions are related to any services that make use of our daycare voucher system.
Voucher terms
The following terms and conditions apply to any pet that is being brought to Animal Think Tank cc, it’s functions, events or training. We at Animal Think Tank cc do our absolute best to keep your pet safe and secure, however, when you drop off your pets, you do so at your own risk, knowing that any additional fees are for your account. We cannot accept any liability for accidental damage, injuries, damage to property, or death occurred during your pets stay.
Furthermore Animal Think Tank cc may not be held accountable for any fees accumulated as a result of an accident or injury obtained during your pets stay. This liability includes, but is not limited to additional food costs, grooming, veterinary costs, or special medications.
Whilst you are always welcome at any of our branches, you enter the properties at your own risk, and Animal Think Tank cc may not be held liable for any damage, loss, or stolen / damaged property whilst at our premises.
Sterilisation
We require all pets to be sterilised before entering our venues, to ensure that no pet breeds with another. We require sterilisation from the following ages: Dogs: 7 months • Cats: 6 months • Rabbits: 5 months
We accept un-sterilised dogs (that are not on heat), but our head office must be notified well in advance, as we need to book a solo run (isolated run) for your dogs. We do not accept any un-sterilised cats, or rabbits.
Refunds and exchanges
Our vouchers are not redeemable for cash, or any services other than the service listed on the voucher itself. For example: when a voucher has been allocated to daycare, it may not be transferred to a training voucher, and vice versa, as the price differs for the different types of services.
Vaccinations
Your pets must be up to date with their vaccination, deworming, tick & flee, and rabies protocols, and proof thereof must be sent to the office once received from your vet. Should these reports not be provided, Animal Think Tank cc will not accept your pet.
Vaccination, deworming, tick & flee, and rabies protocols must be followed according to your vet’s guidelines. Generally (and by South African Law) rabies inoculations must be completed at least once every year. If there is a medical reason why your pets cannot be vaccinated, a veterinary certificate is required, and your pet will be isolated from others, to prevent any spreading of diseases.
